# Ticket System

## Overview

The Sprouts ticket system provides a professional support experience for Discord servers, enabling users to get help privately while giving staff powerful management tools.

### Commands

| Command         | Description                                  | Usage                    |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------- | ------------------------ |
| `s.new`         | Create new ticket                            | `s.new I need help`      |
| `s.add`         | Adds a user to the ticket                    | `s.add @john`            |
| `s.remove`      | Removes a user from the ticket               | `s.remove @john`         |
| `s.claim`       | Claim ticket                                 | `s.claim`                |
| `s.unclaim`     | Unclaims a ticket                            | `s.unclaim`              |
| `s.close`       | Close ticket                                 | `s.close Issue resolved` |
| `s.forceclose`  | Force close ticket                           | `s.forceclose`           |
| `s.move`        | Moves the ticet to a new category            | `s.move 123456789`       |
| `s.listtickets` | List active guild tickets                    | `s.listtickets`          |
| `s.topic`       | Changes the topic of the channel             | `s.topic hi hello`       |
| `s.rename`      | Renames a ticket channel                     | `s.rename boost-help`    |
| `s.createpanel` | Creates a ticket panel with buttons          | `s.createpanel`          |
| `s.listpanels`  | List current active ticket panels            | `s.listpanels`           |
| `s.delpanel`    | Deletws an active ticket panel with panel ID | `s.delpanel <panel_id>`  |
